Terms and Conditions – Denver Flight Giveaway

Giveaway Rules & Regulations 

• Prize winner must purchase United Airlines flights with both a departure and return to YQR connecting through Denver International Airport to their final destination. The winner agrees to provide proof of this to the Regina Airport Authority if requested to do so.
• Winner must tag YQR International Airport in any and all social media content related to their flights/trip on platforms where YQR has an active social media account (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, or X)
• Must reside within Southern Saskatchewan, which area is defined at the sole discretion of the Regina Airport Authority. The area we consider for this contest as eligible is known as the airport’s catchment area and intended for residents who would drive to YQR as their primary airport based on their primary residential home’s location.
• No purchase or payment is necessary to enter this competition. A purchase or payment will not increase your chances of winning. We will NEVER ask for your credit card to enter or accept prize.
• Winner Selection and Notification.
  • A winner will be selected on May 15th, 2025, by the Administrator from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
  • The Potential Winner will be contacted by May 17th, 2025 from the Administrator’s official Instagram Account (@flyyqr) ONLY.
  • Administrator shall have no liability for any notification that is lost, intercepted, or not received for any reason.
  • If the potential winner does not respond with requested information and documentation within 72 hours of the first notification attempt a secondary attempt will be made.
  • If the potential winner does not respond to the second attempt within seven (7) days or if prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable, such potential winner will forfeit the prize and, at the Administrator’s discretion, an alternate potential winner may be selected.
  • If any potential winner is found to be ineligible, or if the potential winner has not complied with the Official Rules, or declines a prize for any reason, such potential winner will be disqualified and, at the Administrator’s discretion, an alternate potential winner may be selected.
  • The Winner will be at the sole discretion of the Regina Airport Authority and the selection of such winner and provision of the prize may require additional forms of proof and/or identification being provided by the winner to the Regina Airport Authority.
• Accommodations, attractions/excursions, food & beverage, and any additional costs incurred by the winner during their trip are the responsibility of the prize winner.
• Prize and all components are redeemable for up to one year from the draw date.

• The travel credit is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for the cash value equivalent.

• Persons in any of the following categories are NOT eligible to win a prize
  • (a) directors, employees, consultants or agents of the Regina Airport Authority (Administrator), United Airlines, or SkyWest and their respective affiliates, and each of their respective companies, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies
  • (b) suppliers of goods or services in connection with the contest, including individuals engaged in the development, production or distribution of materials for the Competition
  • (c) persons who (i) are in the immediate family of any person in any of the preceding categories (including parent, sibling, child, spouse, grandparent, child or grandchild whether biological, adopted, step, or in-law), regardless of where they live, or (ii) reside in the same household, whether related or not, as any person in any of the preceding categories. All eligibility is subject to all national, provincial, municipal, territorial, federal, and local laws and regulations.
• Any attempted form of entry other than as described, is void. The Administrator will determine, in its sole discretion, what constitutes a valid entry, and reserves the right to reject any submissions that it deems, in its sole discretion, to violate any policies, standards, or practices.
• Participation constitutes Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to comply with the Official Rules and decisions, which are final in all respects.
• The Regina Airport Authority reserves the right to cancel or change any part of this promotion at any time, at its sole discretion.
